To specialize in encouraging our Seniors to regain or maintain independence with the goal of improving quality of life. I do this by incorporating core strength, balance, resistance and flexibility training in to weekly schedules.

Looking to improve strength, balance flexibility, but don't want to hit the gym or join a group class? Call for a consultation to determine if I can help.

Sessions include core strength, balance and flexibility, resistance training along with some cardio based on results of health and physical assessments.
